Our story

At Capital City Inspection Services, our journey began in 1994, as Capital City Repairs, a company with a focus on roof repairs in the Metro Atlanta area. Over the years, we expanded into a comprehensive repair company serving the multifamily and commercial sectors. As licensed contractors, we offered a wide range of services, including roof replacements, painting, and structural repairs throughout Atlanta and the southeastern United States. We shifted our focus to property inspections in order to help clients identify issues early, ensuring better maintenance and preventing costly repairs down the line.  We have seen firsthand the damage that is caused by issues that went undetected and want to help our clients to understand and protect their assets as part of the property management.  With education and certifications through the Certified Commercial Property Inspection Association combined with decades of experience working on commercial properties we now look to bring our clients to a new level of understanding and information on acquiring and maintaining their property.
